"staff at reception not too informative. At the time of my stay the pool access was restricted to entry via shower. So in theory it was not possible to leave your belongings on the pool side unless getting wet. Crafty guests would remove the restricting barrier and enter the pool side. Same goes for apparently compulsory swimming cap that needs to be purchased at the reception for 4 Euro. As pool is unattended and unchecked anybody can get in without the cap."

"Location of this hotel is brilliant. Hotel has a contemporary feel and is kept clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. We reported a few things to reception and maid (hand soap dispenser wasn't working and our keycard didn't work for a short while) but both issues were dealt with promptly. "A wonderful hotel that is close to everything. Opposite is a lovely park, great for walks or to visit one of the many restaurants during the heat of the day. Up the road is the Villa Argentina which is definitely worth a visit and it’s a 15 minute stroll along the promenade to the port as well as being close to restaurants. On arrival we were met with smiles and a lot of warmth. Our room was ready early, which was great, otherwise they can look after your bags. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast and coffee both delicious. The bathroom is small, but ingenious with the shower configuration. If we return to Viaraggio, we wouldn’t hesitate to return."
