Being a traveler from the US this was a very unique two-level setup and my family and I really enjoyed staying here. We were able to wash our laundry as well which was a massive perk as we stayed here for a few nights. This location is a 15 minute walk to the Hakata train station and a 30 minute walk to the Canal City mall. Also a few minute walk from two 7-11's. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

I booked two maisonette room, but I got standard rooms. One of room was dirty, bathroom was gross, kitchen was grease, no cutlery or bowls until I requested. Toilet was smelly. Location was good, convenience store and supermarket around.

Very nice, clean rooms, accessible to train station and stores. Beds and bedding were quite thin and even after stacking 3 or 4 beddings, still felt like you were sleeping right on the floor. Tried to use the stove 1 time and it was not working. A/C didnt cool the room overly well.

that was not the room I booked, I did not want to climb to the bed so I booked 2 maisonette room, but i got 2 standard rooms. one of room was dirty, I still see the grease, no cutlery and bowl or plate. I needed to request then I got it next day. the bathroom was gross as well. And i found hair on the tuton bed. only good thing is the location. very close to the train station.

깔끔하지만 부모님 모시고 가기에는 복층 구조+ 사다리 타고 침실과 침대로 올라가야하고 화장실이 1층에 있어서 조금 불편했습니다. 그래도 편의점 가깝고 공항은 택시로 10-15분 거리에요

체크인 태블릿이 고장났을때 대안이 않좋습니다. 같은날 다른 방에 있던 일본인의 도움을 받아 체크인을 어렵게 할 수 있었습니다. 저 말고 그 외에도 해당날에 체크인 했던 사람들은 어려움이 많았을겁니다. 다른 대안도 부탁 드립니다. 그외에는 다 괜찮았습니다.

제일 중요한 수면을 취하기가 어렵다 산진에 나오는 2층침대는 침대가 아니라 철재로 만든모양만 갗춘 침대라서 바닥은 베니어판을 깔아놓구 조금만 움직여두 철제소리에 흔들슨들거리고 진짜로 최악입니다 이런걸 소개하는것두 문제지만 어텋게 그렇게숙박시설읗 해놓구 영업을 할생각을하는지 참으로 화가남진짜 최악임

복층이라 충분히 넓고 좋았어요

장점은 화장실과 욕실이 따로있어서 4명도 충분히 잘지냈어요 단점은 가방을 먼저 맡길수없다는것~~그외에 마트도 가깝고 지하철역도 가깝고 모든것이 만족스러웠습니다.

事前に届くメールでQRを作成しておけば、チェックインはアパートの前にあるタブレットにコードをかざすだけなのでスムーズ。駅から徒歩5〜10分以内、近くにスーパーもあり、駅付近にコンビニもあり。清掃は行き届いてて、全体的に清潔。バスタオル、フェイスタオル、バスマット、シャンプー、ボディーソープ、コンディショナーあり。毎日清掃、毎日タオル交換はなし。二階建てになっており、下がトイレ、キッチン、洗濯室、お風呂。上はロフトベッド、さらにロフトスペース。ソファーはロフトベッドの下に設置されており、テーブルはそこから離れている。ロフトベッドの上り下りが大変だったのと、ベッドの硬さ（寝た時にベッドのフレームが背中にあたる）以外は大変満足です。

東比恵の駅から近くスーパーも近くにあります。部屋はロフト付きで短期というか普通に生活できそうな空間に滞在できます。ゴミなどが少し落ちていて清掃が微妙ではありましたが、部屋は綺麗で洗濯機や電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、追い焚き風呂があり長い滞在でも不便はないと思います。また泊まりたいです。　チェックインも丁寧に教えてもらえて良かった。

敷き布団がペラペラだったのが残念。カバーはあるが、中の掛け布団類も綺麗ではない。掃除はそんなに行き届いてないので、神経質な方は気になるかもしれない。広さ、利便性はとても良い。
