"Perfect location, just a few minutes’ walk from Hakata Station. Be sure to use Exit 18, which leads directly beside the hotel and is especially convenient on rainy days. The room was clean and spacious enough for a family of three or four. Breakfast offered a wide selection, including udon and ramen. The staff were also very helpful. The hotel supports an online luggage delivery system where guests can complete the form in advance and simply provide a QR code at the counter. The staff can then print the shipping label within minutes, making the process much faster and more convenient than the traditional handwritten forms."

"Stayed here for a few days and I appreciated the convenience of the amenities. They have a microwave and laundry that is open to guests. The room was well planned and the bathroom felt spacious. I also liked that it was close to various sites including the subway. Great option to stay here and I would again."

"The hotel is nicely located, close to major restaurants and activities but fairly close to the Fukuoka Canal City, where you can find the Red Light District style of businesses. The room and bathroom I stayed in were very small; I felt very cramped. Because of the small size, the room DOES NOT HAVE ANY CLOSETS. In fact, it is so small that you cannot walk around both sides of the bed. No place to open even a carry-on suitcase and very few hangers. The bathroom was clean, but there is no fan if you are going number two. Therefore, I had to do my business downstairs in the lobby bathroom before going to bed."

"The breakfast included some items that were already cooked, repetitive for a stay of several days. Overall, it was a mediocre meal. The hotel is stunning. The lobby is gorgeous, with wonderful artwork in various locations, including just off the elevators on the second floor, the lobby itself, and their club room. Speaking of which, nothing particularly special about the offerings in the club room. No service person on duty. Just help yourself to some wine and soft drinks. Our room there was spacious, well-appointed, and within an easy walk to Hakata train station."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The property is slightly dated compared to the official photos. Room condition was good. There is much raving about the hair dryer but overall amenities are a bit short compared to other hotels in similar range. I do love the in-room washing machine which is 5-star by itself. Great location. Easy to get around. "
