"Didn’t like how the pool guy talked to my visitors, he acted as if we didn’t know the pool rules and asked if my cousin was wearing the proper suit for the pool but didn’t ask the foreigner who was clearly was just wearing a tank top inside the pool.smh and when I confronted him about what just happened he responded with a rude attitude. He must own the place?"

"Very enjoyable stay. The rooftop pool is very nice with a dining area at another end that offers enough privacy for both swimmers and dinners. Hotel is near a food mall & supermarket which offers lots of food variety."

"Have stayed here here multiple times on travels to Cebu. It is a decent mid-tier property and extremely convenient to the Ayala Mall which can keep you occupied and fed with so many dining options. The staff are all extremely happy and pleasant when dealing with you. And several remember me from prior visits. The buffet meals are good food with many options/selections at each meal. (Breakfast was included in my rate). Room service was a good experience as well. My one "Pet Peeve" is they don't provide a "hand towel" in the bathroom...Only Bath towels. That issue was easily "self-corrected" with a $2 USD (100P) purchase at Ayala."

"The hotel is fine. It is missing the finishing touches in every element to the rooms, dining, pools and activities. The staff are very helpful but unable to make a decision without higher up approval. Kids had heaps of fun in the water park area. Mould in the room so after many discussions, finally changed us to another room. Seemed to be a known issue with the rooms. "
