I loved my stay at Fili. The hotel and the mall attached were fantastic. My only negative was the Casino took a lot of my cash and cash is hard to get in the Philippines. Next time I will probably gamble less and eat more. There are some great restaurants there.

I chose this hotel for my birthday treat , and it was perfect! The spa was incredibly relaxing, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with beautiful views. The staff at the front desk and the manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They also put a little welcome and birthday cake in my room. Really appreciate it. Will definitely stay again.

Check in was easy and the room along with the amenities were clean. Only drawback was breakfast in the morning as a convention prevented myself with enjoying the meal.

Excellent buffet breakfast. Clean room. Helpful and cheerful staff. Casino has plenty of options to play & smoking is restricted to designated rooms only in the casino.

The room was super clean. The staff was really wanting to help. Breakfast was amazing, I didnt expect the dining area to be so large and spread out. The casino was able to help with our lots of questions with it being the first time playing.

I am a frequent guest at the hotel. The room is always clean and comfortable. The room is quality. You get what you pay for and I have found that other hotels that are similar in price don't even come close. I always enjoy my stay

This hotel is already the best of everything, the reason why we keep coming back here is actually not hotel itself coz its far from everything but the staff, the staff here are really good, friendly, accommodating, always smiling, helpful and so on.
