"Although our room was not ready at 15:30 (check in is in 15:00) and last day they placed us the alarm at 5:30 in the morning (!) everything else was excellent. Also one day adult pool on the top floor was closed for a private event and other pool was full, no sunbeds available."

While that sounds funny, if you have ever been to a resort that doesn’t control their towel inventory…it looks chaotic and dirty. Not here!
