"We really enjoyed our stay, food was delicious at El Charro and the buffet, the hibachi experience was nice, the rest of the restaurants were very decent. The staff was amazing, we really enjoyed Viri, she was very personable and friendly. She gave a coffee making class and pool entertainment. Kendall the main entertainer for many of the nights sang and danced his heart out, really amazing job. The beds were very comfortable, room service was good but limited options, i wish there were more snacks. Our tv was only in spanish but it didnt bother us much and i''m sure they would accomodate.
Sound-proofing in the rooms is not great."

"Good food options, bed super comfy, excellent service, specially roof top bar staff at Cielo? Specially The guy from Chetumal y Rodolfo.
However, we didn’t like the pressure to be a hotel member? I’m on vacations, not to do business. And…all our reservations for parks and restaurants were not granted bc we didn’t have a reservation #… even though we had the emails showing our conversations. If they don’t give you one, how are supposed to know ? "
