"It’s is an amazing location but some things where a little iffy like the shower head was a little wobble but other than that very helpful and excellent service I would of loved something to move around in like one of the golf carts but other than that’s it’s been fine walking around and also would of loved for the restaurant have more option food wise like seafood wise because if you want seafood you have to drive out but after 6pm I would be careful bc Apple Maps sends you down roads that are closed off or private property so be careful other than that it was a nice location."

"My stay was disappointing due to the service at the front desk. I did not feel welcomed, as the receptionist seemed stressed and preoccupied. It was an exceptionally hot day, yet no refreshments were offered upon arrival. While waiting for my sister’s reservation to be processed, I casually mentioned wanting some wine; the receptionist asked a colleague to pour some, but the service felt indifferent and lacked any hospitality. Furthermore, we were disappointed to find that there was no decaf coffee, herbal tea, or any caffeine-free beverage options available for guests. The next morning there was no coffee in capsules to make, instead there was a pot of coffee and it was cold and there were no options of cream. I'm lactose intolerant. The sofa bed was not put together when we requested it before we went out for the day. It's an expense hotel and need to put more attention to details. Latitude 32 service was super slow and had cold coffee. Room service at the pool it took 1hr for nachos. there were only two parties at the pool."

"The hotel staff were super nice and helpful. From gate guard to the on-site restaurant staff - excellent service. The A/C in the rooms were more than sufficient when taking refuge from the heat. The view from the bed looking over the vineyard was my favorite part. THE VIEWS!"
