"This hotel was a jewel. It was beautiful and the staff was super friendly. Our room was spacious with incredible views. The spa and pool was peaceful and very chill. Breakfast was amazing and they have a highly rated restaurant attached that was truly fantastic. We had a wonderful stay and only a short drive to the most amazing scenery at Sera da Estrella park! Highly recommend staying at this hotel. "

"The hotel was stunning, a modern mountain vibe. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The pools are spectacular, we had seen a photo of these and that was why we visited. We were not disappointed, cave like steam rooms and saunas, multiple pools. The entire experience was extremely enjoyable and we will go back. I should also mention the bar food was to a very high standard, reasonable prices and large portions. "

"We come here often, it's one of our favorite getaway hotels. It has a great pool and garden, it benefits from a fantastic view and is close to nice natural river pools and walking trails. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good, Lunch and dinner are served on a beautiful outdoor terrace, but regrettably the food could be better, especially for the price, and there are no good restaurant options close by. "

"The resort is amazing! I loved the calmness. The outside pool had a perfect water temperature. The SPA pools were a bit too hot and the water is too deep, not ideal for small people. I loved the relaxing area next to the river. The massage was also amazing. The staff was lovely. I had dinner in the Root restaurant, my dish was good, especially the caldo verde. My mum, who can’t it spicy and is lactose intolerant had a dish which was visually close to a fast food plate and also the taste of the...

"The place is adorable but very old amenities like the showers, etc. The grounds are nice with a beautiful pool. There is a cute, old playground and tennis court. Breakfast is good. The pillows and mattresses were uncomfortable and bathroom grout could use some scrubbing. The host and employees were extremely nice and welcoming. Wish we would have had time to hang out at the location. Free bikes to ride around. "
