"On arrival we were early and only had to wait 15 minutes for our room. We loved our room, booked a privilege room and it didn’t disappoint. Large and spacious, with a large bathroom. The room was very clean with air conditioning a small fridge with 2 free drinks along with tea and coffee. Hotel across the road from the beach and located within the old city. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend this hotel."

"I booked this hotel through Expedia and was immediately disappointed by the room. It was extremely small, had an unpleasant view, and the sink was so tiny that washing your face meant splashing water all over the floor. I honestly hated the room and was ready to contact Expedia and leave on my first day. What made me stay was the front desk team. The reception staff were outstanding—professional, polite, and truly committed to great customer service. Their attitude completely changed my experience, and for that alone, I decided to stay. Overall, I wont book this room ever again.but the staff were the saving grace of this hotel."

"It was a great hotel. We were eatly for the check in and the staff offered ys voffee and snacks and a place to relax. Also the breakfast which was extra was one of the best we had. It included a woderful srlecrion of breads, charcuterie and home baked goods as well as freshly squeezed juice."
