"We stayed at the hotel with our family and had a truly special experience. We booked a king room for two adults and one child, already expecting that our child would sleep with us.
To our surprise, when we arrived, the hotel had prepared an extra bed in the room just for our child. It was such a thoughtful gesture.
On top of that, they went even further by providing little slippers, coloring paper, and pencils — small touches that made a big difference and showed genuine care and attention to our child’s comfort.
What made it even more special is that we hadn’t requested any of this in advance. It was a lovely surprise and really showed how much the hotel cares about creating a welcoming experience for families.
We truly appreciated this extra attention, and it made our stay even more memorable."
