I received a long email in Italian which I can’t understand. We checked in at 3:00 so I didn’t think it would be an issue. The machine to check in was frustrating. It denied us. I called the number if there’s a problem and started to check in at the front desk by myself. Finally an employee came in to help. It was aggravating. The room and bathroom are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Good coffee. If not for the difficult check in, I would give it 5 stars.

Clean room, nice breakfast. Heating in the room was not working properly, it was cold and they doesn't let you put the temperature that you want in your own room, the screen is blocked - staff gave us one more blanket. Towel warmer was also not working - they turned it on only after we insisted.

There was no reception when I checked in — just instructions on how to do it yourself. No Wi-Fi? Then you’re out of luck. The room was really cold and they won't turn on the heater. Just more blankets. I was still cold with many blankets. I do not recommend to stay here.
