This hotel is beautiful, not just the lobby but the rooms too. The public parking across the road, the lack of a close great beach and one unhelpful receptionist are the only reason I dont score it a 5 across the board. I would stay here again.

We experienced Italian culture at its best in this family-run hotel. It was clean with modern rooms and beautiful ocean/coastal views; the breakfast was plentiful, diverse, and very tasty; the service genuine; and the price affordable. A definite winner which I hope to visit again!
Bel Soggiorno was a great value in a good location, slightly off the main piazzas, but easy walking distance. The staff at the front desk were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. The room was a good size, with double windows to cut down on the noise from the street (we couldn't hear a thing, and we were looking over the main street through town). Easy access to beach!
Room was spacious, king size bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked great, good size shower for Italy, staff was so kind and helpful. We had the top floor balcony room with 180 degree views of the sea were incredible. Breakfast was fabulous, make sure you include that with your stay. If we ever come back to Sanremo this is where we will stay.

This hotel had some of the most incredible customer service I have ever experienced! All you had to do was ask about something and it was immediately taken care of! My wife and I love the Hotel! We stayed in the exact same room per my request as we did last year. We enjoyed the turkish baths, the steam room, dry sauna, rain showers with cool breeze almost everyday for 2 hours. We left so relaxed we were like noodles. Very friendly and helpful manager, we were running late, traveling by motorcycle, so we were a tad nervous, but he waited and knew exactly who we were and took good care of us, showed us how everything worked and made sure we were comfortable. This place is very well maintaned and have the beach and lots of restaurants in close walking distance. If you are considering this hotel, you dont need to hesitate. Go ahead and book it!
