This is a family business. The staffs were very nice, friendly and very helpful. The hotel picked me up and drove me to the bus station, which was very helpful. The location and the view of the hotel are unbeateble, both the river and of course the sea view. 5-10 min walking along the river to reach the sandbeach.

Definately one of my best stays at the Croatian shore. Clean and well furbished room with a jaw dropping view over the ocean and the private beach below. I even had a small balcony where I could sit in the evenings and watch the sunset. There is a garage under the hotel which always stays cool and is a fantastic option to keep the car. Excellent communication, loved having keypad access. Great location, right downtown. Can get loud, but when it did we closed the windows. Be ready for bells, but that is just being is Omis. Parking was 5 mins away and great. No other option even at another location. Parking on streets is just so limited. Large apartment #2. Double bathroom was also a huge perk. The staff were fantastic and the rooms were wonderful. Breakfast was awesome. We had a balcony overlooking the water. Love this property! Highly recommend it if you are staying in Omiš.
My family stayed one night on our drive down from Zadar to Dubrovnik. The hotel was clean and new. The beach and pool were both clean and not too busy. Dinner in the on-site restaurant was good. At breakfast, our kids loved the automatic pancake machine. The location was also nice and quiet, if a bit hard to find.
The downsides were minor: a few incomplete items in the room (safe wasn’t bolted down and only one of two TVs were installed), and we had to walk our luggage down the driveway from...
The hotel is family owned and the staff very friendly and trying to help with everything we needed. I think it has also be recently remodeled. I was traveling with my wife and my parents and our two rooms were facing the sea with a great view. The hotel also had a restaurant and the seafood was excellent. We also enjoyed the beach very much as it was not crowded and I wish we stayed there longer. One of our best experiences in our trip to Croatia
We had a wonderful stay. To say the staff was friendly and helpful would be an understatement. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great stay. Lovely beachfront spot mixed in among the other hotels. Easy ride into town (20-25 minutes by bus or 15 by car). You can't beat the price vs. value for Beachfront Mediterranean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
I NEVER write reviews but felt I had to write one for this new family-run hotel. What a delightful experience! My father has Parkinson's Disease, and this will probably be his last trip abroad. I had to find a hotel that could accommodate his disability (he has to use a walker). You won't find a better place to stay in Split. If you’re going to visit Split, you should consider just one place to stay. This place has it all. Location, great service, nearby parking, stunning views, and a staff that is beyond. Jan was a perfect tour guide and host. Ana was always there with great directions and a smile. The breakfast was lovely and ample. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Ivana was fantastic. She checked us out and gave us great information about Mostar where we headed next. This is a fantastic value immediately outside the old town of Split. Very nice room and bed. I would defiantly stay here again. Only issue was that they required cash and this was not clear on the booking with hotels.com.

I stayed in the Deluxe Studio with Terrace apartment and it was excellent and just as advertised. The entrance is on the second floor so keep that in mind if you travel with heavy luggage like I do. The entrance floor consists of the washer, second half bathroom, kitchen/living room/dining room combo and the door leading out to the terrace. A beautiful resort with luxurious accommodations. We splurged for the sea view room which was worth every penny - the room and balcony were spacious with stunning views of the property, sea, and sunsets. The pool bar service was slow, but drinks were reasonably priced. We were able to get comfortable accommodations on the beach and by the pool. We wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night!!
