This was our 1st trip to Nice for a period of 4 days over the Christmas holiday and my family loved this hotel so much that my daughter wanted to write this review, which is enclosed below.
"We loved it because it was very beautiful with all of the Christmas lights and the lovely beach only a few steps away. Electric scooters were rentable for a fun, convenient stroll. The front desk gave us ornaments to welcome us on our first day which was Christmas. In fact, we were upgraded to a...
Our room, 31, was super cute and spacious. AC was awesome. Loved the communication through whatsapp and staff was helpful especially with recommendations. Checking in they give you a map and give info and recommendations to get the most out of every visit.
We liked everything about the hotel except the pettiness of having to purchase our coffee cartridges for the Nespresso machine in our room! After the first night, we were told that we had to pay for them! For the price of the room they really should be free! What hotel does that?
The hotel is centrally located for good walks. The staff was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. We would definitely return to this hotel
The staff was attentive and responsive to my messages and with out every need! We needed directions or taxi we had Yasmine and Austin take care of my sons and me. We enjoyed coffee and refrigerator for ledt overs and a balery and grocer was across the street. The locawas outstanding and near ever place we wannted to go during our stay! Would definitely stay here again!
The hotel was beautiful with great air conditioning. It was in a wonderful location close to shopping and old Nice. I would definitely stay here again.
I had a chance to take a last minute trip and didn't know where to go. I chose the French Riviera, it being warmer there than here in Chicagoland plus I'd never been to France but ahve wanted to go there for a long time. The hotel is only about 10 minutes at the most from the Sea, about 10 minutes from the main train station in Nice and is convenient to lots of restaurants (rue Massena, etc.), shopping (Galleries Lafayette and Nicetoile), parks and sightseeing in the old section of Nice. The...
I stayed at 8 hotels while visiting Nice for 15 days. This was by far my favorite overall factoring in price, location, service, comfort, etc. The staff was friendly especially Philippe. I stayed in a double room and a suite. The suite is only necessary if you need another single bed, otherwise the quality and amenities are the same. The jacuzzi tubs are the best feature. The decor is modern and classy. The rooms are very clean and have irons, safes, extra pillows, closets, hair dryers,...
Loved Le Windsor and would stay here again the next visit to Nice. It’s in a great location with super kind and helpful staff. The room size was also good for the smaller room- the chairs maybe a bit large for the space but we weren’t hanging out in the room. We could walk to all the places we wanted within up to 20 minutes and it’s a picturesque stroll with the typical Côte d’Azur French architecture and shops. Also straight down from the train station and the Promenade. The staff is exemplary,...
Lovely, updated hotel walkable distance from the train station and to the beach. Only drawback was carting our suitcases up two flights of stairs because there was no elevator.
My daughter wanted to surprise me with a bottle of wine for Mother's Day and e-mailed the hotel ahead of our arrival. The Boreal does not provide room service, but the kindly staff went out of their way to purchase a bottle of wine from a local store. It appeared on a tray with glasses, plates, cutlery, and...
This hotel was lovely! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We loved that we could store our luggage as we arrived early. Everything was very clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. We would have loved to stay longer and would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s in the perfect location!
We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Nice for the first time to celebrate our anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality provided by this hotel. Coming from the US, Best Western doesn’t have the strong brand reputation…but this place completely changed my view.
Location was perfect - 8 mins walk from the train station and located right on the Main Street with access to the tram. There is a small parking lot in front of the hotel which makes loading/unloading easy.
The...
