Downstairs there is a small bar area with video games and seating, including an awesome Alien pinball machine - shame it was broken as I would have loved to play. The staff member at the desk spoke great English and was really friendly and genuine. My only complaint is the pillows were too soft and no extra ones were offered in the room nor was there a blanket. These two element would have made the room just a bit more comfortable."
