"So glad we chose this hotel! It had everything we needed for the week we were there. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and the two free beers a day were an added bonus! Breakfast always had a great variety of options like scrambled eggs, different cheeses to select, sausages, fresh fruit and veggies, yogurt and great coffee/tea options. Anna is the bar server who is such a lovely person and she makes a killer mojito. The hotel is outdated but it's very clean and working in the pest control business, this was a huge must on my list! Over all our stay was wonderful and would recommend this hotel for your stay in Berlin. "
"The hotel is located just slightly outside Berlin. It's in a small quiet town from which reaching Berlin by public transportation is very convenient. But besides the location and the quality of the rooms, the interaction with the stuff is really the best part. I was their guest twice so far, one time alone, another time with my 12-years old daughter."
"Be wary of bed bugs!
I read reviews about bed bugs so the first thing I did upon entering the room was lift the mattress only to find live bed bugs - yikes.
This hotel carpets are spoiled and stained with many smells. It’s located on top of a strip club. The hotel reeks of smoke, weed and alcohol.
I tried bringing the bed bug issue with the hotel manager but all he seemed to offer was a “larger room”. Like no, if this room has bed bugs, I’m sure they all do. The size of the room doesn’t matter. "
"This hotel is incredibly clean. The breakfast is fabulous, with plenty of variety. The closest I can come to saying anything bad is that the WiFi wasn’t robust. That didn’t really matter, because the cellular data was great. "
