"We truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very helpful. We were here during the hurricane and needed to extend our stay and they were able to give us the same room. There are many restaurants within walking distance as is the aloha tower and palace. Would definitely stay here again."

We had a wonderful stay at the Queen Kapiolani Hotel in Honolulu! The location is fantastic—just steps away from Waikiki Beach, with beautiful views and plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. The hotel has a fun, stylish Hawaiian atmosphere, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
We came to Honolulu to celebrate my birthday, and we had such a great time! The hotel was the perfect place to enjoy our special getaway and experience the beauty of...

Maunawili is home to Olomana Three Peaks Trail, so why not stop by during your stay in Kailua. Hotels.com travelers also say the area is full of friendly people and has lots of nice beaches. It's also full of great shops and restaurants, so you can spend the afternoon having a wander. Kailua has other activities you might want to enjoy such as Honolulu Harbor.
Maunawili is home to Ulu Pō Heiau State Monument, so why not stop by during your stay in Kailua. Kailua has other activities you might want to enjoy such as Honolulu Harbor.
They treated us like royalty. Private, beautiful, wish we could have stayed longer. The way the resort is set up its as though the beach is private, even though all public beaches in Hawaii are public. All of the staff knew my name, even those I hadn't talked to. All of the staff was great. The manager of Hoku's was the best.
Have stayed here often over the years but not recently until this stay, the upgrades to rooms and AC are outstanding and the whole place has been upgraded.
For those coming from afar there are THREE ABC stores a phenom in Hawaii, within a few hundred yards of the Hotel meaning you could come with nothing and up to 11pm we well equipped for your stay. There is now a Coffee shop in the restaurant which produces fairly fast but food orders come from the restaurant two floors above and is...
Staff was great. Definitely pay the $40 for nightly parking on Sunday and Thursday nights so you don’t get towed on Ala Wai Blvd. Great room location was walkable. We payed a little more to have the executive suite and it was well worth it. We will definitely be back.
My ocean view room was the perfect stay for mine & my families visit to Waikīkī. We added the breakfast option which was perfect and saved us some coins as food in the area can get pricey. The views from our balcony were breathtaking, I found myself watching the sun set each day. Pool & poolside bar are nice *Be sure to catch their Happy hour specials. Overall no complaints 10/10! Will stay again most definitely. Cleanliness excellent & conveniently close to everything! No need to rent a car, we...
I loved the staff and environment, I always go for a boutique style hotel to support the small businesses and I thought it was amazing. And a really good price also. To whoever is in these reviews saying they wanted it to be more resort like and BS like that should have booked at a resort if they wanted all the perks. I would just say everyone should stay here when going to Oahu because the staff where so excellent.
Trip to Honolulu, HI. We had already paid in advance for our entire stay. But, out of the blue my card on file was charged again for a week stay. No one contacted me. We found out when we tried to place a charge to my card and it was declined. We were so embarrassed b/c we knew how much we had in our account for this trip. The manager on duty offered 50% off on a second meal, and a free meal. Please…a week stay was charged to our card when we had paid that week stay in advance…well over $1800...
Amazing amazing amazing! The hotel is located right next door to Hilton Hawaiian Village. The unit and lanai is huge and includes a large room with king bed and full living room. Kitchen has sink fridge stove/oven and lots of appliances. We got the ocean view facing the Hilton and could see diamond head and the lagoon. The other sides either face the marina or the city. The hotel has multiple shops in the lobby and several really nice restaurants. The roof top Empire steak club was...
Wonderful little hidden gem of a hotel. Great place if you want to be slightly off the Main Street in Waikiki, but still a very close walk to everything in town including the beaches. The pool area is very nice. Staff were so friendly and welcoming from start to finish. I will definitely be back!
The staff was amazing and the best part of the hotel. As usual with Double tree, the beds were really comfortable. It was very centrally located to shops, restaurants and the beach (all about a 5 minute walk). For the price I would absoultely recommend this hotel and would stay again.
The beds we comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't like that the bathroom had barely any counter space for my stuff and the only plug was on the far side of the toilet. Had to place my toothbrush on the toilet tank and hair dryer cord barely reached the mirror to see what your doing.
Great stay. Easy walk to the main strip of Waikiki. Parking is steal being free and only a short two blocks away. Staff is very nice, beds comfortable. Rooms clean. My 6 yo enjoyed the pool. I would stay here again anytime.
The unit, we stay was amazing, clean and easy to parking . Near by the wakiki beach , near by zoo, near by market. I like this place. We will come back. Thanks for make us stay safe and been good time for summer.
