The best part of the hotel was the pool and landscape around the hotel. The food at the restaurant was ok. The only downside of our stay was the drunk British man who couldn't find his room and woke us up at 3 am by sticking his head through our bedroom window looking for his girlfriend.

I booked Room 1. The canopy bed and the fresco on the ceiling created a lovely atmosphere. You can see the street from the window and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the restaurants at night, but if you close the inner window, you won't be bothered by conversations. The breakfast was also delicious, and I was very satisfied.

Just had 24 hours to spend in Lucca. It was a great stay, the staff was very helpful from the moment we arrived. Franco, who took us to our room doubles as the hotel bartender at night. We enjoyed his company while we had a pre and post dinner aperitif. The hotel was perfectly located, easy access off the A11, shopping starts as you make a right out of the front door. The location and views were fantastic. We had an easy 20 min drive to Lucca each day. Perfect mix of peaceful vineyard and olive tree landscape with easy access to Lucca city restaurants and shopping. Owners and staff were wonderful.

It met our needs.

The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. The property is so unique and we loved our loft room that had plenty of space for our family of 5. Highly recommend taking the bikes they have available to ride around the city. One of our trip highlights!

This is not a picture-postcard villa with glorious views in the heart of town. It's a super-clean, well-managed, airy, Best Western with free parking, helpful staff, good restaurant, free internet, and fine breakfast, 10 minutes by car from Lucca and a good jumping-off base for driving to other sites in the area. Good value for the money.

loved our stay. easy walk to the train station; a longer walk (but still easy) to the airport. Arrived just before midnight and our reserved room was waiting for us. Breakfast is worth the extra cost as it is very good and filling. Everyone we dealt with spoke English. Room was clean; bathroom was large and clean.

The hotel location was phenomenal. The staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious with many varieties to choose from. We would stay again!

The Palazzo Alexander is the most accommodating place we stayed at on our trip. Mario is a true gentleman who is a wealth of information. This is a great hotel in a lovely town.

We stayed at Boccioleto Resort & Spa for five nights with our two kids and absolutely loved it. The hotel is stunning, surrounded by greenery, with spacious rooms and a pool overlooking breathtaking views. The staff is impeccable—always warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making every guest feel special. You can really sense the team’s effort to create an unforgettable experience. Breakfast was delicious, and if we had more time, we would have gladly extended our stay.

Our room in the annex was very roomy and comfortable. Great bed, great view. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing!

A very comfortable stay, a lovely clean room however the paint was scrapped off a lot of the bedroom doors which was a bit off-putting initially. The receptionist was very helpful and kind and listed to our request for twin beds. The location is fantastic for the train station but a bit further from restaurants or bars so the hotel could really do with a rooftop restaurant or bar.
