Stayed one night and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and kind - we had to leave very early and they ensured our car was ready and had prepared us breakfast to go. Check in and parking were really made easy by them. Room was nice, happy hour was a nice touch. Good location in a beautiful city - 10 min walk to centre but a lovely walk!

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Unfortunately it was oy for one night as we were just using it as a stopover as we were getting in on a late flight. I think we will go back to Lucca for another visit as it was lovely - and if we do we will stay here again.
