family-owned hotel with fabulous decor just a 10 minute walk from the ferry terminal. It's location about 3 minutes from the main street means it's nice and quiet. "One of the best locations on the island for first time visitors. You get off the ferry and in a three minute walk you are at the hotel. The hotel is italian-style with the owner checking you in and someone else at the front desk helping out too. I’ve emailed them and tried chatting to the AI and also a live person on booking was promised three things, Seaview Bottle o f wine and a hotel with a pool neither were available no compensation no answers no nothing I can’t blame the hotel. I must blame hotels.com because of falce advertisement they Take money from customers and don’t get back to them."

"Posto molto bello, ma andrebbe rinnovato. Soprattutto il costo del soggiorno è troppo elevato per i servizi offerti. Basti considerare che nonostante la tariffa della camera sia molto alta, si paga l’accesso alla piscina. Inoltre manca internet e la pulizia dell’abitazione è ogni 4 giorni. Infine assurdi i prezzi del bar: 16 euro per un pane cunzato minuscolo. In conclusione posto dalle grandi potenzialità. Serve una gestione più attenta. "
