"The hotel is beautiful. It has the most amazing views and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is spotlessly clean and the grounds are immaculate. The beach, bars and restaurants are about a 15 minute walk away but we found it a bit quiet. We didn't go to Bacoli town as we only had a couple of days as a taster to Italy. Will definitely go back and stay at Cala Moresca."
"Nice hotel, business hotel in the Northern suburbs of Napoli but the train 2 is 500 metres away from the hotel & takes you right downtown Napoli to Piazza Garibaldi. Very convenient to use the trains ! Metro. Car parking is good & secure. No need for car in Napoli so we just left our car and took metro & trains. Hotel staff friendly & helpful. Breakfast full & substantial. Some good restaurants across the street."
"it is a very nice hotel. fine architecture of the '30s. large room. elegant bar and restaurant. very close to the engineering faculty of the university of Naples. but also to the Maradona stadium. so if your trip is in the wrong day it could be also a mess to reach the hotel. in any case I like to stay there"

"A 5 star experience all the way. Could not have been more delighted w our stay! We were upgraded ( without us even asking) to a superb room with a wrap around view of the bay with a spacious balcony. Staff ( from the reception are to the chamber maids) were all outstanding and gracious. The breakfast buffet was excellent and delicious. The terrace has fabulous views of the bay and Mt Vesuvio. "We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Syrene! The location on Via Camerelle is fantastic, right in the heart of Capri and close to everything.
The hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely helpful, and a special thank you to Janaka, the porter, who was wonderful with our luggage. Our sea-view room had an amazing view, and even the pool view from our other room was lovely. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there were plenty of towels available.

The hotel was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants. However I would point out that we arrived on Sunday afternoon and all shops were closed. This was a little disappointing because we were only there for one night. Pasquale was at the Hotel desk and was an excellent resource answering all of our questions and concerns. The breakfast that came with the room was also excellent. This hotel would be a recommendation from me as it was a wonderful experience.
When I got to the resort my heart felt to the ground. This amazing resort was on top of a mountain. The view were spectacular. You see the entire city Bocoli. There was two things I loved the most. Outstanding in beauty, staff, facilities and every detail! Excellent services, delicious food with literally hundreds of options. The view was stunning, the bed was comfortable, the room was perfect— get the jr suite for the huge patio with a view of the cliff and sea. Hotel Amenities, Cleanliness, Service and Food (Breakfast) was absolute top notch. Room had built in audio system, power curtains and blinds which was refreshing. Shower stall in the bathroom was small, you could not properly shower without pushing shower door opening, causing water puddle.
Area of the hotel location is ok, not dangerous but alright. To us it felt like hotel was super nice to be in ok neighborhood.

The check in was easy and the property is fabulous . The staff was super nice and friendly .It’s walking distance to town where you can enjoy a gelato or two . The pool area was a little small for this property size . All of the chairs were taken early . The restaurant they own had a Michelin rating but it was overpriced and the food was the worst I’ve had on my 14 day tour of Italy . This was our first visit to Sorrento. The hotel was beautiful with a great full breakfast. Room was spacious, staff was friendly & the housekeepers sweet. We had dinner twice in the rooftop dinning room overlooking the bay. The sunset was amazing. The waitstaff friendly , the food five star. We also danced to the music which made it very romantic. The hotel staff were wonderful, offering suggestions about the local attractions. You get the real feel of Naples walking the small streets of Quartiere Spagnoli. Will definitely stay at Il Convento on our next trip to Naples.
The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and the lighting was great. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious offering a wide array of things to choose from including delicious Italian baked goods.

We loved this hotel. The staff was amazing! A very service oriented hotel and very accommodating. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle service to Sorrento which makes it extremely easy to get around. The Conceige is very knowledgeable and has wonderful recommendations and advice for restaurants and things to do. If you can, don't miss their rooftop sunset event. I stayed here for one night and found this hotel by accident. It's clean, modern, has a great view, and is in a great location. My room has a view of the water. The rooms are on the first floor of the building so it can be noisy sometimes. Each room has a different movie or celebrity name. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom.
