It's located away from the touristy area and more towards residential. So transportation can be expensive to get to some spots if ur a tourist. What I did like is that it's more in a residential area thus no tourist traps! You're truly with locals and local hangout and food!!! I chose this hotel for my last night before I flew out of Napoli... I wanted a pool. Pool was perfect on the rooftop with the rooftop bar. Would recommend if ur looking for a peaceful out of the way hotel. Staff was wonderful.

I don’t think I can fault this hotel! The hotel and facilities are breathtaking, but more importantly for me was the professionalism of the staff and how helpful they were! We had an early train trip and they organised my taxi and gave us a breakfast box to takeaway. I’m looking forward to exploring the other hotels when we come back to Italy.

The roof top is perfect - it has shade and comfortable places to lounge. I know it’s off season, but the roof top patio was closed and there was never anyone working the bar. Also, the spa was nice was I slipped down the stairs in the pool because they were so slick. Maybe install some mosaic tiles so it’s not so slippery. The edges of the tile steps were very sharp, also. That’s very dangerous. Also, maybe put some foam mats around outside the showers and spa rooms so water doesn’t get everywhere.

My friend and I booked online two days before our stay as we were traveling to many cities, moving along as we wanted to. We got a very good rate, but I do not consider this at five star sale as it was not clean in the common areas and especially in the rooms, it was obvious that the cleaner did not spend much time in the room as my companion shaved The night before and the shavings were all over the toilet area. There is really nothing good. I could say about this hotel.
