"All was very good until our second morning breakfast. We were met at the dining area and told to choose any table for two. On sitting down we were asked if we would prefer another table which confused us and made us feel uncomfortable. All the other tables were either in direct sunlight or in the middle of the room where my wife would have been uneasy as she does not like sitting in the middle of other tables. We then realised that the table we chose was set for dinner and not breakfast as the waiting staff had to bring tea cups to our table. This may have been a minor hiccup but did have a bad effect on what was otherwise a great break for myself and my wife."

"We were pleased with the location of the hotel, it was in walking distance of the station, the seafront and the town centre. Folkestone was lovely to explore. The staff throughout the hotel were warm and welcoming and did their very best to assist us. Our room was generous in size and was warm and clean. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and they were both delicious and good value for money. I would highly recommend the gluten free fish and chips! We thoroughly enjoyed the cocktails in the bar which were 2 for £16 during Happy Hour which was fab for a Saturday night. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"All very easy. I wish they’d told me that they could’ve sorted my parking until midday the next day before I paid and only had it until 8 the next morning but it was a minor thing. It was also very hot in our room even with the air con on full. However, lovely room, comfy bed and a lovely view from our room."
