Lovely hotel in central location. Our room was huge with a bonus of having a balcony and seating area. They offer parking at the rear of the hotel for £10.00 a day, Nice hot selection for breakfast including a continental option. They also have a lovely bar outside which serve nice cocktails. The hotel team were very friendly and helpful. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here

Clean room and comfy bed. Staff helpful and excellent breakfast in sunny location with lovely view. No evening food available, but good choice of local restaurants in Rye. Bathroom was outdated and in need of refresh, but ok to use with plenty of hot water and powerful shower. Outside of hotel also in need of revamp. Parked on site without issue paying £10 a day via Ringo app.

Loved the English breakfast choices. Wished I could've stayed there longer! Tarek was very helpful and he was polite and cordial. As was the nice lady in the morning!(I forgot her name!) What a beautiful place to have a hotel!

Only stayed one night, however have stayed overnight in the past. It is a lovely place with super staff. And Rye is dripping with history (and good pubs)

We stayed for two nights. Abbie on reception was extremely helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived . The whole atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. Our rooms were beautiful and quiet, unfortunately the weather was really hot so our upstairs room was too hot so the wonderful Abbie arranged a change of room. Breakfast was delicious with the assistance of Jo. Sitting on the outside terrace was so relaxing. Parking in their car park was easy using Ringo with the hotels help. Perfect location in the centre of town. We would recommend this hotel 100% and are already planning a return trip.

6/10 Good

Hotel was in a good location and it was helpful to have parking. The breakfast was excellent and staff helpful. The bed was really comfy but the decor of the room is very much in need of attention, it gave the appearance of being unmaintained and the cleanliness could be improved. No attention to detail, for example the soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty, something which I would expect to be picked up by the housekeeper between guests. We only stayed one night, glad it wasn't longer.

Overall the hotel was a lovely place to stay. A perfect location for exploring Rye. The staff were all excellent and extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed for one night and the breakfast was superb. The only complaint was the state of the little balcony we had which over looked the car park. It would have taken minutes to sweep the dirty floor, pull up the weeds that looked as though they’d been there for weeks and maybe put a pot plant on the table. The table and chairs were rusty but just about acceptable. All 3 balconies were in the same state which was a shame as they could have looked lovely with just a few minutes of tlc and imagination. Having said that I would definitely go back.

I stayed for one day with my daughter we were impressed with room it was a very nice room with a terrace . The location was great , it was only about 20 mins by bus from Rye station to the Camber sand beach. The breakfast was amazing it was intercontenent, the gay who served us was so polite and helpful and the rest of staff too. Will be nice if they change the hotel carpet otherwise its highly recommended.

Very helpful staff and a good breakfast. The hotel was clean but the building , furnishings and decor are very tired and dated. It was once a lovely hotel but now needs a lot of money spent on it .
