What a great little hotel run by very nice and accommodating people. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome, the rooms are basic but clean, and several have excellent views of the Matterhorn. Nice little breakfast area and outdoor garden. Would recommend and return.
Very nice hotel, close by the train shuttle station. Has two elevators, a beautiful lobby and excellent dining area. Breakfast was very good; All the 'hotels.com' hotels we have stayed in have provided a good buffet breakfast, clean rooms and good beds. The bed in the Butterfly was softer and more comfortable than all the rest. We would stay here in the future.
Very convenient location (4 min walk to the train station and 13 min walk to the ski lift); very friendly staff; there is even a piano in the dining area for guests to play. The only thing less ideal is that there are no plugs near the bed
Service was outstanding. Property was amazing. The room included a luxury soaking tub with bath salts, dry sauna and steam shower. Slept with the windows open and woke to the lovely sound of birds chirping. Wonderful bar and outdoor patio area. The front desk kindly assisted in helping us find a hotel at our next destination. The hotel shuttle driver was super kind.

We loved our stay at the Beau-Rivage! The staff were incredibly friendly and picked us up/dropped us off from the train station. The complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel — they made whatever type of coffee you wanted and will cook bacon/eggs for you upon request. Also has traditional breakfast items as well as full Swiss charcuterie. Great location and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Had a fantastic time at this very unique hotel located above the city of Zermatt on the Mountain Gornergrat. We requested a room with a view of the Matterhorn and we were extremely pleased with our room and view. The price of the hotel included dinner and breakfast (at least in our case). Great hotel right across from the train station. It was quiet and our room faced the mountains and we had a balcony which was great to spend time on. Room was clean and updated, it was a great stay.

Stop here for two nights due to weather . Good time to relax in middle of TMB and observing CCC running. Convenient places near bus station and train station. Only issue is too many flies in room and restaurent.
