Rooms are nice sized, quiet, and comfortable. Only gave the stars on condition of property because there was no hot water the morning we checked out.

We only stayed one night, the room was wonderful. We had the front desk have a taxi for 4:45 the next morning and it was right on time.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Great location <5 minutes from the airport.

Great place to stay if you need to be close to Split airport, which is less than a mile away. The hotel staff arranged for a shuttle at 4:45 AM for my party of three. They charged five euro flat fee to take us. They recommend you contact them 48 hours in advance to arrange. Everything at the hotel was clean and comfortable. There are one or two decent restaurants within walking distance. It’s also about a 10 to 15 minute walk to a pretty beach.

This hotel was a dream! The staff was absolutely fantastic; warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The location is a bit off the beaten path, which makes it feel peaceful and secluded, but it’s something to be aware of when planning transportation. A wonderful bed and breakfast close to the port! Simple but clean and excellent service from the staff. Our room was modern with strong AC. We took their offer of getting picked up from the Split airport and are glad we did as it was much easier finding the property through the walk-only area after. Breakfast was great and the front desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Love this place! Everything is exceptional from the moment you walk in. Upon arrival, the woman behind the desk took about 15 minutes showing us on a map for us to keep where everything was to make it very easy. Residence Stine is the perfect location as it is close to everything including the ferries (7-10 minute walk) that you can take to other cities. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful! Great place to stay, located right in the palace and close to everything. The place was very clean, cute and modern. Wifi was strong and service was very nice. Only thing I can think of improving was that shampoo was missing but I had brought my own anyway. Definitely would stay again for value.

I booked 3 rooms for myself and my family. All 3 rooms were beautifully appointed. Attention to the details were perfect. Absolutely a lovely hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in every way. The breakfast was very good and included made to order omelets. We all agreed we’d come back to Split and stay at the same hotel.

Beautiful property right across from the water!

We had to the top room of this little 6 room hotel in Trogir Croatia. Friendly and helpful staff. We didn't follow their restaurant recommendation and wish we had. The room was excellent and the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Meticulous care is given to this little place. We were given a discount for paying in cash. The breakfast is made to order when you want it. One downside which I didn't address in the last review (I did the second stay review first) is that they told us that...

The staff was excellent! I had food poisoning from a local restaurant and the lady at the front desk was very kind and looked up a local pharmacy for me to get electrolytes. The lobby was large and accommodating for baggage, the room was large, new and stylish with brick walls, nice bedding and renovated surroundings. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice large room

Once we decided to stay outside of Split in the neighbouring town of Trogir, Brown Beach Hotel was an easy decision. On arrival, we were seated in the gorgeously designed lounge for the check in process, during which we were offered sparkling wine and cold towels to freshen up.
