Room was clean and nice. Airconditioning good, too good, made me ill actually, so be careful. Breakfast was ok, very gentle restaurant staff. Compared to other 4-star hotels I've visited, the selection of fresh looking fruit was very limited, and I missed proper Greek yoghurt and some other more healthy foods. Reception staff was very varied when it comes to willingness to help. One of them seemed to want to be very busy with her own stuff behind a screen/the counter, and not really want to interact with us, while a male staff seemed more open and willing. Perhaps just a feeling, but I'm usually good at telling.

Comfortable room overlooking the sea

Great sea view from comfortable bed, shower, eating area and roof top pool. Attentive, helpful staff and good breakfast offerings. One of the better accommodations on our 10 day trip! We had a late flight and were able to shower in spa area after check out. Only negative would be the use of particle board in several areas that made them look like they’re in construction. Easy to overlook and didn’t affect our stay which was very pleasant.

The property was in a convenient location, good parking and spa. The room layout was terrible, with an open plan from bed to bathroom. Difficult to not disturb partner and the lack of privacy was not great either. On the other hand, the view was amazing!

We were expecting a 4 star stay but the plywood doors and cabinets seemed questionable.. the rules of the hotel to not bring any takeout or drinks into our own room is insane and the hotel is a bit out of the way of old town. View was amazing but the outdoor pool was a gross seagull bathtub and the “bar” looked 5 years unused and rundown. Not as fancy or nice as we expected but it was fine

Everything except the service is A+!

Hotel in general, incl. room and restaurant/breakfast is very good! The only downside to the experience is the lack of service from front desk. When asking about directions, recommendations or help to rent bikes no help is given or the help given is incorrect. The staff at the breakfast and restaurant how ever deliver above and beyond - especially Ni Made - she was a real highlight of our stay!

Staff were friendly however mostly felt like an inconvenience when asking them questions, they never gave the impression that they would go out of their way to help you. Breakfast was nice and had a varied selection. No lunch options - they serve A La Carte from 2pm but this is full meals and don't offer any snacks (toasties, sandwiches, omelettes etc etc.). Didn't have dinner at the hotel so unable to comment on this. Facilities were nice, indoor pool wasn't heated and was pretty cold, steamroom was broken so wasn't able to use it. Rooftop area is lovely and the views are incredible, pool was a little bit cold, but to be expected with an outside pool. There was what a few of us thought was a dead bird in this pool and it didn't get removed for the entire week. Some drinks cost more at the bar upstairs than the one downstairs and don't really see a reason for this. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable, would be nice to have a bit more privacy in the bathroom as there's no separation from the bathroom and where the bed is.

Having looked for a hotel close to the old town and Trogir/SPU airport we found this Ola hotel and were very satisfied. As we saw online, the rooms were really well designed in modern style. The mattress was firm and the shower lovely, especially since we had spend the previous week sailing the Dalmatian islands without the same comforts. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was not just a good continental, but with eggs and bacon cooked to order. The coffee machine was excellent and offered cocoa and tea water if desired. We would stay again, and recommend it to our friends.

The views were sensational from our patio. The morning breakfast offered many selections and the staff was great. It could have used a bit of updating and a few more amenities. Sadly, the elevator was broken during our entire stay.
