Nice rooms and a nice, accommodating staff. The hotel itself is not in the best area and is a train ride/ taxi ride away from most things in Naples. They supposedly have a shuttle service to the city center, but they were not running it while we were there. For me and my husband property was very convenient because we wanted to be close to the stadium. If you’re not there for a game than its better to get hotel near the sea. stuff was very nice. Hotel is brand new and everything is high tech)) room service was done everyday. Rooms are really soundproof. We loved staying there.

Front desk was amazing. They arranged transfer from the airport and private all day tour of the Amalfi Coast. Amazing trip, great hotel. Staff was the best!

Very nice hotel. Ischia is very spread out so you do need to take a lot of expensive taxis. Hotel was beautiful with a great staff. Breakfast was very nice each day.

Very happy with our stay at this property. The staff was pleasant, and very attentive. The food was top tier. The thermal pool access was amazing. The communication before the trip with the resort was great because they gave us all inside access on how to successfully get to and from the island. It takes a lot of planning when trains,planes and ferries are involved! Staff assisted us as much as they could and welcomed us with open arms. Hotel Amenities, Cleanliness, Service and Food (Breakfast) was absolute top notch. Room had built in audio system, power curtains and blinds which was refreshing. Shower stall in the bathroom was small, you could not properly shower without pushing shower door opening, causing water puddle. Area of the hotel location is ok, not dangerous but alright. To us it felt like hotel was super nice to be in ok neighborhood. Cheers!

One of the best boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed at

This hotel was a 5-star hotel in all respects and even better it was not a big chain owned hotel. Beautiful decor and room. This hotel is an oasis. Clean, quiet and up to date. The sitting area and garden and gorgeous and relaxing.

The Naples city center-or Centro Storico-is a hive of activity and some would say utter chaos. It's a rabbit warren of narrow streets and alleys, many impassible to cars. This hotel provides a luxurious, safe oasis amidst the craziness. A tremendous plus is that you can actually drive to this hotel so taxis can get there. Awesome! The restaurant and bar at the top is a must visit. The wait staff were generous pourers, the food was great, and they even applied a discount to our bill unprompted from the Fork app. Great place!

I stayed here for one night and found this hotel by accident. It's clean, modern, has a great view, and is in a great location. My room has a view of the water. The rooms are on the first floor of the building so it can be noisy sometimes. Each room has a different movie or celebrity name. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. Very friendly staff, most staff speak English and greeted us with a smile every time we got back from being out. Restaurant inside was also good with good prices.

This is a really cool hotel. The rooms are like a museum, stylized gilded furniture, a huge canopy bed, balcony, and great 24 hour front desk service. Arrival by car is tricky, (nowhere to pull up to) but it can be done with the staff's help, and they help you find nearby (paid) parking. Fabulous luxurious place right near Garibaldi train station. Beautiful pool and bar on the rooftop and attentive service. Breakfast was also wonderful with a large selection of items to choose from. As long as the price is right, I will return as a repeat guest.
