"This hotel is fabulous. The staff were lovely and very helpful and we enjoyed the pool and the fantastic food and drink from the rooftop bar. It is located very close to key sites and there are great restaurants and bars nearby (our city tour guide pointed the whole tour to the adjacent street). The downtown area of Santiago is suffering a bit in general and we were very cognisant of our safety but didn’t have any issues. Despite this would definitely stay again. "

The toilet ran all the time and could not be stopped. We barely had enough hot water for one quick shower let alone two.
