The cuisine must be one of the best in the area with a pleasant atmosphere in the dining room and bar, always accompanied by a careful attention. The hotel's location is fantastic with views of the lake, city and volcanoes that is privileged. A highly recommendable experience.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful - it's lovely having a person on-site that is knowledgeable and able to book all regional tours on your behalf - the property and rooms have stunning views (and are evidently pretty new) and the hot tubs are a definite bonus. The menu changes every day, all delicious. We stayed 3 nights, we wish we could have stayed at least a week! Ps. The Termas del Sol nearby are well worth a visit!
