Towering granite spires rise like nature's skyscrapers above turquoise lakes in this Patagonian paradise. The W Circuit trek offers a front-row seat to some of the most dramatic landscapes on earth. Grey Lake presents the perfect kayaking adventure, paddling among icebergs that calved from the massive glacier. Wildlife spotting comes naturally here – guanacos graze nonchalantly while condors soar overhead. Lago Pehoe's waters shift between impossible shades of blue depending on the light. The Base of Towers hike rewards with the park's signature view after a challenging climb. Mirador Glacier Grey offers a less strenuous but equally impressive vista. For the full experience, pack layers – the weather here changes faster than your camera can capture it.
We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was cozy and quaint. Our hosts were very warm and welcoming. The hotel is located 5 minutes from Puerto Natales airport and about an hour from the Torres Del Paine national park. Highly recommend and we would love to come back!
We had an amazing one-night stay at the Simple Patagonia. This family-owned hotel was impeccably designed and sits on the waterfront about 5 minutes from downtown Puerto Natales, 10 minutes from the Puerto Natales bus terminal, and 5 minutes from the Puerto Natales airport. Our room had a beautiful view of the water and our meals were wonderful. Everyone who at the hotel was incredibly kind and helpful, and we’d definitely recommend this hotel!
Most beautiful area i ever stayed at.Breathtaking scenery, with mountains in the horizon. Horses and cows roaming free. Nature at its best. Extremely helpful staff, helped us fix our punctured tires, pretty much saved our trip, since there is no store,or gas station within 2 hours drive. Resteurant available at the hotel as well.If you are looking for peaceful ,quiet with amazing views, look no further.
The hotel is 110 kilometers from the nearest town and has to generate its own electricity. Got lucky with the weather for the time of year and the scenery both in the park and from the hotel lobby and rooms was spectacular.
The front desk was extremely helpful and the concierge was right on top of everything helping to arrange excursions for my family. The evening buffet is pricey, but again look where they are, and had a wide range of food choices. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean. ...
This hotel is great if you are looking for a comfortable hotel at the park Torres del Paine with quality, comfort and at a descent price. It's not a 5 star but very good quality nevertheless. Friendly staff will organize excursions. Food is delicious but expensive (but all food is likely expensive in the park)
Loved the location and all the staff we interacted with! Thanks Nicholas and Juan! The place was very comfortable and a nice experience during New Year's Eve. We were able to get a faint WiFi signal in our room, but it was easier in the longing areas. The excursion we booked through the Hosteria was fantastic! The Lago Grey with Navigation was life changing! It did take a while for the hot water to come for our room and maintenance had to fix something. Additionally there weren't games, TVs or...
Nice affordable option. Great community area if you’re traveling with others with seating and tables. Clean, helpful staff and easy location to navigate to Torres del Paine (we had a car).
The place was very clean. We picked it as we arrived late at 10pm via bus. It was a short walk from the bus station. Our trips picked us up from the hostal. We just noted it on our reservation that our hostal is not listed. The owner woke up earlier than us to accommodate breakfast when we had our early trips. She offered us juice and tea when we arrived late from our trip.
This was a really excellent hotel right in Puerto Natales and overall excellent value for money. Room was modern and clean, staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent each day, and internet was fast.
Overall better than most hotels that I have paid twice the rate for - this is an excellent value, a wonderful experience and I couldn't recommend it more highly.
When booking rooms for this trip, I specifically made sure the property had an elevator available. Once we get there we're advised that the elevator on property was a freight elevator for luggage only and not for guests. Our rooms were located on the 3rd floor.
The following morning we requested if there was anything that could be done about moving at least one of our rooms, I was advised the other rooms on the other floors weren't available due to prep for closing for the season.

The staff is great and they take care of you. Natales is a rural town and the lodging there is rustic to be sure. But food, service, and customer attention is all good at Amerindia.
