Aydinli Cave House is in Goreme, the town you're most likely to stay in during your trip to Capadocia. Our room was large and comfortable. It did not have AC, since these 'cave rooms' in theory remain cool in all weather, but I found that AC would have been a great addition. The family and staff who run the hotel could not be more helpful and friendly. Cen the owner spent a lot of his time briefing us on where to go and what to see. His wife was at the hotel cooking breakfast which was excellent at 07:00 each morning. The rooms are beautiful and very tasteful. Our visit was during January. The rooms were very warm. And lots of hot water!

The hotel management was warm and very helpful. They took care of parking our car for us. Our breakfast was delicious in their lovely dining area. They offered us room service if the stairs to the breakfast salon were a problem for us, as we are older adults in our 70's. This was a great choice and I highly recommend it.
