The location of the hotel was great. 5 mins walk from station and right in the middle of the downtown area its excellent views of the downtown life from the balcony. The staff were friendly and good breakfast as well

We loved staying at this hotel , it was so quiet and peaceful even though it was right in the middle of big tourist attraction. It was right next to station so it was very convenient to travel to Jungfrau mountain or anywhere near by. There were lot of great food options near by in walking distance. Hotel breakfast was good , kids enjoyed it a lot but it had same options everyday without any new options , they should look at adding more variety. Hotel restaurant was good and nice sitting areas...

This was one of the best hotel and travel experiences ever! Food at hotel was incredible, gorgeous views, friendly staff, just fabulous.

So I stayed two nights in one of the apartment rooms which are in a separate building behind the main hotel. (Listed on Expedia as: Standard Apartment with Gallery, Balcony (Chalet)). My top floor room had a kitchen, living room, huge bathroom, a balcony and loft bedroom. I loved every minute of my stay. The hotel provides cooking equipment upon request - although just remember that there are no cooking supplies (like spices or condiments) so if you're going to cook, you'll need to buy...

Great little hotel in Grindelwald. Easy to walk to rest of town or take the bus. Rooms are clean and have great views. Breakfast was good. Would definitely return!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the hotel. Traveling single, I had a lot of questions, and the staff at the desk fielded them all and were very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located about 3 minutes from the train station, so you do not have to walk far. The morning breakfast offered was a great way to start your day. I did eat at the hotel restaraunt one evening during my stay. The food was delicious. (I am more of a simple fare kind of person, so Iate in bars for dinner...

Now, I’m going to be honest. The rooms are not updated or fancy…more like a holiday inn….but the staff more than makes up for the simple/old rooms. Every single person was so nice, kind, and helpful. Georgia was especially helpful to us! We appreciated her advice! The outdoor deck was beautiful, and the restaurant was fantastic! Also, the location could not be better with amazing views.

Literally the best, most spectacular views of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Location is a bit tricky, as you have to take a train up from Lauterbrunnen then walk about 6-7 minutes up and down hill to get there,. But it is entirely worth it once Interlacken and other points by train. Also, this hotel has a wonderful breakfast, with a wide selection of meats, fruits, cheese, breads and cereals.
