"The staff was very friendly during check in and took the time and care to explain everything to us. They even upgraded us which was icing on the cake. The staff greeted us whenever we leave or come back to the hotel. Breakfast was really good, it had all the basic cold and hot selections. Hotel is like 5-10min walk to the interlaken OST train station. Would definintely stay at Carlton Europe Vintage Adults hotel again when i visit interlaken again."

"Fantastic location right next to Interlaken West train station. Excellent breakfast with great-tasting food and immaculate upkeep. Modern, clean rooms, small but cleverly designed and fully soundproofed. Loved being able to open the door for fresh air with a safety barrier. Friendly staff throughout. A few NYE decorations would’ve been a nice touch, but overall I’d definitely recommend this hotel."

"Amazing hotel, nothing bad to say at all! All staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was ready early so we were able to check in as soon as we arrived! The room was perfect; very clean and modern, comfortable bed, good amenities and facilities. The view from our balcony was amazing. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and a good way to start the day. Free coffee machine in the main lobby was a nice touch. Location was perfect, just outside Interlaken West station and shops and restaurants all very close. Thank you for a perfect stay! "
