"Loved this hotel, clean room, air conditioning worked unlike other hotels I’ve visited, staff were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The omelette guy at breakfast was a hero working at the pace of a barista! The breakfast foods were well stocked and continually being replaced, I feel all the staff were polite and friendly but a special mention to the breakfast crew they had extreme patience 😊"

"The hotel was lovely - such a relaxing atmosphere and lovely rooms. The staff were super friendly, helpful and responsive. The location is ideal - 15 minute walk in a straight line from the station, over the road from the beach and 5 minutes to the lanes. This was the best hotel spa I’ve ever been to - well worth the extra £10 to use. Large swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, two hot tubs, sauna, steam room and calm chill out area. Will definitely be visiting again!"

"The staff were great. Really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Place was spotless. The kitchen was well enough equipped and the room was very well designed and thought out. There are black out blinds but they are about 2 inches away from the window so weren’t entirely blacked out and ours broke on the last night. I also felt a bit exposed in bed because of the gap. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a lot of smokers on the street and there was a constant faint smell of smoke even on the 4th floor."

"it was a really nice stay the cleaners did an excellent job there was pool to play at reception the only downside is that they dont do free breakfast and the reception carpets are quite dirty but they are changing them currently"
