It was quite expensive for the size of the room and bed, but the room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good.

10/10 Exceptional

Room was fine if a little dark (tiny window). Decor a little tired but bed was really comfortable, good shower, decent breakfast. Fab location on the seafront although with the window open, it was a little bit noisy at night. A nice stay.

This relatively small hotel is right on the waterfront and an excellent place to stay in Brighton. The breakfast was substantial; the staff always helpful and I recommend it highly.

6/10 Good

Staff were polite. Location excellent. Big room. Very dated furniture. Sound proofing was terrible - was possible to hear the words next door were speaking. For the floor above the floor was creaking, and could hear use of bathroom
