"We always stay at this hotel since 2022, however this time the experience was not great and we will not be staying there again. The staff does not know what is included and not in the fees, the room was alright, but shower had hairs on floor and the toilet was dirty. The nice part is that hotel provides bowl for food and drink for the pet and also treats and food. In general, the experience this time was 50/50"

"Prior to arriving at the Hotel I messaged to let them know we were celebrating my Husbands 60th Birthday. When we checked in we had been upgraded and were given celebratory fizz and a rather lovely piece of cake each. The suite was in a very private area of the Hotel, it had views up to the Fisherman's Bastion. Even though the Hotel is on a main road, with the double windows it was rather peaceful. "We booked a two bedroom room and were pleasantly surprised to learn that we had two adjoining rooms. We received a warm welcome by the receptionist when checking in and were thrilled at the hotels central location. We enjoyed our 3 night stay in Alta Moda where we found the rooms clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate and all the staff we met were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would really love to stay here again. "
