"It was clean and pleasant, super easy for airport access. We learned that the best way to access the hotel from Terminal 2 is to take the airport train to Terminal 1, then walk to the hotel via the pedestrian bridge. (If you're ok with some walking.) We waited a long time for the hotel shuttle to pick us up from Terminal 2, and never found it. So we took a yellow taxi, but should have done the train to T1, then bridge to hotel. "

"As a hotels.com VIP member they “upgraded” me to a suite but didn’t tell me they were doing a bunch of construction on the other rooms on the floor. There was a very strong paint and vinyl smell that came in through the vents and made me nauseous at times. When I asked the front desk about it they made excuses rather than simply finding a way to help out. Sometimes all we want is to feel like our concerns are being heard and understood, and I did not get that from them.
