We loved staying at ULIV Cibeles. Very convenient to all the action of Roma Norte and Condessa while on a calm and quiet street. The water temp in the shower was nice and warm. It was such a bonus to have filtered water in the room, cut down a lot on the need to buy bottles of water. Also helpful to have free laundry. Would definitely stay there again.

The unit was clean. Staff is friendly, efficient and responsive. Only issue: we had a lavabo broken, so no hot water and the maintenance though timely on the spot couldn’t repair, because no spare part immediately available.

I came in from Nevada to visit the city with a friend and I can’t explain how pleased I was with my experience with Uliv Cibeles! The location was perfect for walking and finding coffee and great food but also it was so quiet! I had zero issues with sleep! As the room goes I had the executive suite with balcony & it was great! Very spacious and had everything you needed from earplugs to a noise machine ! Also, the bed and room was so comfortable with the very cold air conditioner! I was assisted Fernanda, Monse, Aldo, and Daniel and I couldn’t have asked for better people! Very phenomenal team!

The room was very spacious and clean. We had the 2 bedroom with balcony room and it’s very good. AC in all 3 areas and washroom was large and clean. Location was very central to lots of food and shops and I would stay here again if I come back to cdmx.
