"Very bad place at the second day for 3 night stay elevator is broke down I’m in 6th floor have to use the stair 6-8 time a day I’m ask to move to lower floor but they said all full who’ll stay in the 6 fl w/o elevator LIAR 😡😡😡"

Those whom wanted to fully immerse with the local will find this a gem. The hotel itself is clean and staffs are friendly and helpful They even have a 24hr snack bar and ice cream free of charge. "First room had a window and smell issue.. they were very courteous, easily switched rooms and were nice and professional throughout our 4 day stay. No heat which is a little bit of a bummer, but overall great value for massive rooms with stunning spa room"

"1- To have ADA rooms in the hotel to accommodate wheelchair access and disabled people accommodations: Incase of fire how is disabled person evacuation possible on ten floors room? 2. Also to have basic hygiene products in the bathroom. They the only holiday in I have ever seen selling clients tooth paste and tooth brush. 3. Also the only holiday inn without breakfast included. Also 4. Hotel is located in dead remote area."

"The space is newly renovated and very clean. The actual space is much better than how it is shown in the pictures. We are very pleased. They are generous in offering new transportation to the airport. There are two public showers and two toilets. When we were there we were the only two ladies on that floor making the public washroom our own. "

"Excellent choice for a first timer in Taiwan with kids! The hotel is walking distance to Xpark (2nd floor) and also it has a sky bridge to the outlet malls. Its also very convenient to get to the THSR since they have a shuttle that goes there. After traveling 19 hours, this place is perfect!"

"Stayed one night for transit at TPE. The room is very clean, quiet and decent size. 17 to 20 minutes walk to the metro station then 20 minutes train ride to the terminal 2. A good choice if want a place not too far from the airport."
