The facility is clean, beautiful and updated. The location is unbeatable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious and sufficient. All in all it’s a perfect place to stay for visiting Taipei.

I like the park view room which is very enlighten for my morning. The closure to the MRT is another added bonus. It is very close to the shopping and eating areas.

Good location. Close to MRT. Opposite to park. Good air-con. Breakfast is adequate. The Bali style room seems new and is very nice, the bed and blankets as well.

The staff was very helpful! We were able to check in early and when we checked out, they held our bags for us until our flight. There was an excellent free breakfast and a free afternoon tea/coffee. There was also free washing machines & dryers. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located. We stayed there twice; we recommend the Rido Hotel!

The breakfast was amazing. Aimed primarily at Taiwanese guests, but impressive that they included both Chinese food and Western food. Always really good scrambled eggs. The requisite braised pork with rice. Vegetable dishes. Cabbage. Once even sauteed green leafy vegetable. Chinese steamed buns. Noodles dishes, sometimes with meat.

Wonderful stay. For some reason, this property was rated a 3.5 star, but it's much better than that, I'd say 4-4.5. Spacious room, big bathroom, very clean, well appointed, quiet. Hidden gem, highly recommend.

8/10 Very good

We had a very pleasant stay at Rido Hotel. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the MRT station and a 7-Eleven, making it very convenient to get around Taipei. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. When we arrived, the staff noticed that we had quite a bit of luggage and suggested upgrading to a larger room for an additional fee. We took their advice and were glad we did! The upgraded room was much more spacious and comfortable, and the extra cost was well worth it. The only minor downside was the lack of a seating area in the lobby and a business center or shared workspace. However, these were not major issues for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
