Location is near the Taipei Main Station, well connected. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room clean. Given a choice again, we will chose Casear Hotel.

10/10 Exceptional

"I highly recommend this hotel! While the building itself is a little dated, the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything. But what makes this place truly special is the service, which easily rivals any 5-star hotel. A huge thank you to the staff for their incredible kindness, and a special thanks to the manager. His meticulous attention to detail and great management are clearly the secrets behind this hotel's success and the staff's dedication."

The hotel was well located near the Taipei Main Station. The hotel was dated and carpet stained. Would suggest upgrading to a newer room

The room had been upgraded, clean and very good for size. I give 100 % for location.

Hotel is NOT a five star. I'm not sure why it's rated as such. The hotel and room is very dated, it should be a 3 star at best. They also have a lot of weird rules like, to check out, you need to bring them both keys. I had purposely left my keys in the room for housekeeping and the front desk made me a new key and made me go get the two old keys. Worst customer service I've seen in a long time.

Perfect location. Polite and helpful staff. Good to have drinkable water offered in the corridor. But room is too dark. and there are only one washing machine and one dryer provided for the whole hotel guests which means you never have a chance to use it.

8/10 Very good

The property is old and not extremely well maintained. But the rooms are clean and spacious. Its biggest advantage is location! You can’t beat that. It’s extremely convenient. There’s a laundry room on the 6/F but only one washer and one dryer and the hours are 9am-10pm. It’d be great if there’s more machines.

The room is clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. The location is excellent; especially, in a rainy day. You can access high speed trains, metro trains and other transportations without step outside to be wet.
