"Large clean modern room (we upgraded). Fridge and microwave. Friendly staff. "

"We checked in to our room at 3.30 pm. As soon as we checked in we realized the room was a bit warm and the air was not working. We called front desk and were told to give it an hour for the air to kick in. We called in 2 hours to say it still wasn’t working. They said leave the curtain open to cool the room. By the time it was 10 pm the room was unbearable and hot and still no air/circulation. We called again and the staff said keep the door open and sleep if you want circulation. The supervisor was mad at us and utterly rude (Lori) and they did nothing to help us. We walked out at 11.30 due to unlivable conditions. Things happen and things break, but the staff treating us rudely for a $200 room is not okay! "

"Good hotel but breakfast could have be better. There were only bread, cereal, coffee, juices that were tooooo sweet, boiled eggs, apple and banana, butter, jam, peanut butter, cream cheese, and yogurt. They could add waffle machine, make the eggs instead of boiled. Put more effort in general. A lot of people were confused by the breakfast."

"Poor room setup, very shady room ( looks like something out of a murder mystery), dont get fooled by the property pictures, the rooms are the worst I have stayed in Canada. No amenities, no water, poor quality amenities. Wont recommend to anyone, much better options available in the same price like novotel, or other places nearby. No charging ports next to bed, only charging port available near tv. "
