My husband and I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to additional requests. The bed was so comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. The neighbourhood has fantastic food options, 24 hour grocery store and a very short walk to the metro. We will stay here again. Merci beaucoup to the outstanding staff!

Excellent location and very clean hotel. We did appreciate the comfort of the spacious room with a kitchen and clean bathroom. There are many restaurants, fast food, a grocery store and a library just down the hotel. And the subway! The staff was nice and welcoming. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel is perfect! The price is very reasonable for a HUGE room with sofa and kitchenette. All within walking distance are tons of restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops, pharmacy, farmers market and Metro stop. Staff was super helpful with parking too! Also, the beautiful St Joseph's Oratory, which is right around the corner, is a great place to visit. Short/easy ride on the Metro to get where you want to visit.

Our family of 3 adults enjoyed our 5-night stay at Hotel Terrasse Royale. Our room was at the back and top of the hotel, so quiet and gave us a nice view of U. of Montreal. We found the kitchenette useful. After booking, using the Hotels app, I asked for and got a room with a walk-in shower and a shower stool for my elderly parent. The location is very convenient, within short walking distance to stores, restaurants, a nice 24-hour farmer’s market, a bus stop and a Metro station. The cleaning staff cleaned the room and brought fresh towels, regularly. We did use the hotel’s basement parking, but it has limited spaces and is a bit tight, with support pillars. It would be challenging to park a large SUV there. Since cars are double parked, if you park in front of another car, you must leave your car key at the reception desk so that the staff can move your car, if needed. I stayed at this hotel in the past and would again.

My husband and I loved this hotel! The room was massive with great storage and a very comfortable couch and bed. For being on reasonably busy street the room we had on the second floor was very quiet. The staff were friendly and very accommodating and the location is great-close to the metro and lots of great restaurants. The only critique I have is that the wifi is pretty bad, but everything else made up for it

The property was clean and bright. The staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They followed our request for a baby high chair and last minute request at the front desk at check in for a baby crib. Amazing experience, we will return in the future.the location is central to so many great shops and restaurants. Having parking is a huge perk, especially in Montreal, so this was a big win !
