"The room was exactly as advertised in the photos. It was very clean. The studio apartment was very spacious with the added benefit of the washing machine/ dryer. The staff were friendly, helpful and went over and above to help in any way (carrying luggage, getting taxi etc) Worth noting you need to go online & prebook time for breakfast & what you would like."

"Everything about this hotel was excellent, a clean room with deep soaker tub and view of the Nile (executive room). All the staff from reception to housekeeper to lifeguard were pleasant and helpful beyond belief, I have never felt so pampered. The executive lounge was wonderful for food, snacks and drinks, all staff courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel."
