We have stayed at several hotels there and have seen the overall landscape of hospitality in Egypt (our native country) evolve over the last few decades. The St. Regis has 2- and 3-bedroom apartment suites with full kitchens and a panoramic Nile view, something you simply don't find anywhere in a hotel chain. When you consider the price for anything similar (or even 2 1-bedroom suites in another hotel), the St. Regis is an amazing deal for a great experience! This was our 2nd stay there in the last 2 years and we will be back!

Hands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From the initial greeting at reception with the butler service, to the unbelievable hospitality each staff member provided. If I could choose more than 5 stars, I would! Beyond excellent experience! Not only is the hotel STUNNING, but the service is impressive! We stayed five nights and were pampered beyond belief! From the waiters to the pool staff, the front desk to the concierge, the butler to the valets, the housekeeping to the chef himself, all without exception showed a level of professionalism that we have seldom come across. They knew how to make us feel welcome and special! Bravo to all the personnel of St. Regis Cairo! When we come back to this exciting city, we will most definitely stay at your hotel again. THANK YOU!
