"Very clean rooms, good food, entertainment, and very friendly, helpful staff. Special mention for Eduardo and Bryan who work in the reception area. The way they greet you as soon as you arrive sets the tone for a wonderful vacation. They were always friendly and happy to help whenever we needed anything. This was our 4th stay and we will be back!"

"Beautiful property and on-site butlers and bartenders were excellent. We did not have the best experience checking out. We were over charged and when we discovered this and tried to reconcile via email, the resort stopped responding. Very dissatisfied and of course left a poor taste in our mouths. We likely will not recommend this hotel going forward. Too many good options in Cabo to not deliver end to end customer service."

"Great place to stay! Extremely clean! Employees very helpful. The only down side were the ladies at the concierge that got annoyed when you declined the breakfast they offered for 90 minutes. We did not want to do it and once we said no, their attitude immediately changed and seemed upset. I had to wait until there was a different staff member at the concierge desk to reserve my trip to Cactus Tour. But other than that it’s a very safe place and easy to get around. You can easily cross the street and visit the restaurants there too which have great food and very nice people. I recommend to get the taxis, the guys in the front coordinate that for you and take the license plates of the taxi that picks you up and who he takes. It feels safe. I would definitely come back!"

We felt treated like royalty throughout our stay. The resort itself is incredibly private, peaceful, and stunningly beautiful. The atmosphere is elegant without feeling pretentious, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Every corner of the property is immaculate, and the attention to detail is second to none. If you’re looking for true luxury, privacy, and world-class hospitality, Las Ventanas exceeds every expectation. We can’t wait to return. Special things to Samuel and Gerson our butlers for making her stay exceptional♥️"
