Hotel is great if you like want to party and drink it up. If that is not your goal - do not stay there!!! And absolutely NOT for families. The food was decent. The staff was very friendly and they did answer requests on app quickly to refill soap or clean room. However, one day at the swim up bar/pool by ocean, we witnessed a person get sick half in/out the pool (drunk). We informed staff, they didn’t shut the pool down to clean it!!!! Also the water in all the pools was around 90 degrees per my dive watch so not very refreshing…. Also the Riu party pool that they have the nightly events in - maybe I am just past that stage in life, but I wouldn’t touch that water with a ten foot pole. Finally - why do I need to wait in a long line to check out. Make me dump my keys in a box like every other hotel in the world and write a date on my wristband. Trust me I am not staying longer just to get a few extra water downed drinks.
