"the room was pretty big but the only issue that the floors were not properly clean and there were some type of fruit flies in the restroom.

I experienced the following during my recent stay:
Water leaking under the sink into the drawer we were supposed to use during our stay
Shower hot water only lasted about 5 minutes
Blinds stuck in down position
Towels very dingy and had a couple holes
Hole in wall
Marks/stains on walls
Rough bed linen
Stained upholstery on sofa
Maybe this would be acceptable for a hostel or similar stay but it is not what I expected for how the property was advertised. When I shared the items with the manager - who was only accessible via email - we were offered new sheets or a room change but by the time the manager returned the message we had one night left and just dealt with it up.
My suggestion is to lower your expectations."
"Hotel muy grande y antiguo pero conservado y muy recomendable. Excelente ubicación y atención de todo el personal. Cuenta con valet parking gratuito en la estancia. Sin duda lo vuelvo a elegir si el precio es razonable."
